Parilla La Cabrera opened in 2002 in the colorful Palermo neighborhood ofBuenos Aires as a traditional Argentine grill. Twelve years and two additional branches later (all on the same street!), La Cabrera is still celebrated for its simple meat cookery and exceptional steaks.
