Refunds and Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your online order for a full refund, by calling  +63 917 950 9883, or emailing us at sales@63commerce.com

  • Orders placed between 12:00 AM - 11:59 AM can be cancelled until 11:00 PM of same day.
  • Orders placed from 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM can be cancelled until 11:00 AM the following day.

Cancellation requests made beyond the cut-offs, will not be honored.

When cancelling your order by phone, please make sure you have the order number in hand. The order number can be found on the upper righthand corner of your order confirmation.

To cancel your order via email, simply reply to the order confirmation with your message.

Returns & Exchanges

Gift cards such as these cannot be returned or exchanged for other gift cards, once the order has been fulfilled. (Please refer to aforementioned cut-offs under Refunds & Cancellations)

A participating merchant may or may not offer store credit in return for the unused portion of your gift card, based on their policies.

Shipping Policy

Order will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

We waive the shipping and handling fee for orders of PhP 2,000.00, or more.

Shipping & Handling Fees for orders below P2,000.00 are as follows:

  • For delivery within NCR, the shipping and handling fee applied to your order is PhP 100
  • For delivery outside of NCR, the shipping and handling fee applied to your order is PhP 200

Right to Refuse or Cancel cards

If we suspect an inappropriate or illegal transaction, or fraud, we may decline a transaction requested to be applied against your card

If we suspect inappropriate, illegal or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your card at our discretion
