Where else can I buy a Gifmo card?

You can buy our gift cards directly in-store from the merchant which has issued the card.

In addition, our gift cards are for sale through authorized agents and resellers.

Using My Gifmo Gift Card

How does my Gifmo card work?

Your card, "powered by Gifmo", is a reloadable, stored value card offered to you by the merchant on the face of your card.

To know which locations honor your gift card, select the merchant on our list of Cohorts.

Purchasing Goods or Services from the Merchant:

  • When you are ready to pay, present your card to the cashier.
  • The cashier will reduce the balance on your card by the amount of the purchase.
  • Sign to confirm.

    How do I check the balance left on my card?

    If you are unsure how much is left on the card, just ask the cashier at any location of the merchant to check the balance on your card.

    Alternatively, you can check your balance on the Gifmo site.

    What if I want to make a purchase that exceeds the amount on my Gifmo card?

    You can use the total amount on your gift card, and pay the remainder of your bill using another form of payment.

    Can I use my Gifmo card at more than one merchant?

    You can use your gift card at any participating location for that gift card. If you are unsure, select the merchant on our list of Cohorts to view participating locations and inter-operable cards.

    Can I use my Gifmo card to pay for purchases online?

    Please check with the merchant who issued your card whether they honor the gift card online.

    What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    The gift card is like having cash. It is fully transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

    I just bought my Gifmo Gift Card and want to return it. Can I do that?

    Our private label gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Depending on their policy, a merchant may offer you store credit or equivalent value. Check with the merchant that issued your card for details of their return policy.

    What if I buy something with my Gifmo card, but I want to return what I bought?

    You will need to check with the merchant that issued your card for their return policy.

    How long can I use my Gifmo card?

    As long as you want! There is no expiration on your Gifmo card. If your card balance runs out, you can always reload amount on to your card.

    Where can I reload my Gifmo card?

    You can reload the card at any participating location for that card. 

    Reloading My Card:

    • When you want to add more money to your gift card, present it to any cashier and request a reload.
    • Pay the cashier in cash, or another acceptable form of payment.
    • Sign to confirm.
